as a mere male, I found the seat badly shaped, the cushion ( the part you sit on) is flat so when relaxing, one slides forward and has to tense muscles to remain properly held by seat, I found the front of cushion could be slightly lifted but couldnt find anything to jam under it,to alter the angle
basic economy seat had front of cushion higher, so held me better and was much more comfortable.
it should be remembered that a male pax has most of his weight up in the shoulders, whereas a female has her weight down in the hips
I invite any male cabin crew to try to sit relaxed in a prem economy seat for a few hours, or better still, try to sleep in one
the cabin was surprisingly noisy for a near new 777, noise cancelling headphones were provided as standard
the toilets were by far the best Ive ever used, spacious and no smells escaped at all
