According to the Press here last weekend, Air France and Airbus have been summoned to the Justice Department on 17th March to determine whether either or both are to face a charge of 'Involuntary Homicide' re AF 447...
Air France are quoted as saying they are ' ...astonished by this, unless there is some new information of which we are not aware ourselves...'
As if either / or would ever be found guilty by the French courts after the near 10 years spent deciding that a USA based Maintenence Engineer at Continental was responsible for the Paris Concorde crash despite the overwhelming evidence pointing to AP's and AF's own contribution to events...
