Need some help please.

I am writing a paper on American Airlines for an airline management and economics class. does anybody know of any sites that have information on AA such as the organizational structure of the management, who are the top executives and so on? What is the labor situation for American Airlines, are the employees happy, unhappy, any potential strikes, union info, etc? What impact will the merger with TWA have on the labor situation, are the pilots happy about it? If you have any information that may be of help to me or if you know of any sites that would be of interest please let me know. I would really like to hear from American Airlines pilots. All replys would be appreciated.
