Does anyone have any idea what the status on the testing of the 787 dreamliner is? The last I heard was that the engines had problems, and had been changed a couple of times...

Sorry if this is a little of the thread but I am looking to find out who will be making the electronics access hatch on the 787 and who makes the 777 one at the moment - is it Boeing or outsourced ? I have leads of SAAB and/or Aerotechnologies in Miami? Any help appreciated.
