Anyone have any thought whom is it better to work for?

Mine experience is that Norwegian is much nicer and much more friendly environment in cockpit. I got it from talking to crew. And not to mention flight attendants in norwegian is much younger and hotted :D

But what about wages, work hours, bonuses etc.

norwegian is a low cost company so the terms will never be as good as sas, dont think you would ever will be asked to buy your own rating if hired by sas.
