FI Course at EFT (Florida)

Have any Ppruners been through the FI course at EFT, I am trying to decide
where to do the course between there and EASA.

I did my FI there three years ago and had a good experience. Have another friend who's been back there a few times since to do odd bits (i.e. Not in a hurry to get done with ratings etc.) without complaining too much. I mean, it is a flight school so don't expect everything to be running on rails but of the eight schools I've done bits and bobs with over the years EFT is definitely one of the better ones.

If you go, make sure you leave some extra time at the end of the course so your return ticket don't coincided with your skill test. Don't know what the status is today but I think there is only one JAA FIE in America and he flies for an airline when not examining which can mess you around a bit if you're in a hurry to get home at the end of the course.
