An exciting tale of how Government uses tax revenues to sue another arm of Government, who in turn use tax revenues to defend their case. If successful, tax revenues will move from one part of Government to another. The big winners are a the lawyers, whatever the outcome, and overall less tax revenues will be available for public services, whatever the outcome.
