Does anyone know what hotel (I think it's in Las Vegas) that has a TCAS device that shuts off the laser display when an aircraft is detected?

The Luxor (Which is the Black Pyramid looking casino) has the most powerful light in the world, which can be seen from space!
But I don't think it's linked to a TCAS.
I stayed in Vegas in November and I don't remember any Lazer displays that might intefere with Flights.
