I noticed when reading some FIR NOTAMs recently this novel approach to air defence taken by Poland:

E) PERMISSIONS FOR ENTRY INTO POLISH AIRSPACE WILL NOT BE GRANTED FOR
THE FOLLOWING AIR CARRIER:
HQ RUSSIAN AIRFORCE-RUSSIA
DUE TO UNFULFILLED CONDITIONS DESCRIBED IN AIP POLAND GEN 4.2.
A great idea - why didn't we think of that before ordering Typhoon!
