Yes and yes.

You'll need to call them though to arrange if they are not there at the time, otherwise it will be a long wait to get back in again.

The building in the middle of the screen at Drake Crescent. Try not to look over at the military part or you might accidentally see Jillard.

When I was in YSCB last it was on landside at the end of Rogan Place, on the left as you look at the fence, Brindabella is opposite on the right. To get to landside call security (and show ASIC card) to get the code for the gate. The facility was not locked when I was there last.

GA Parking is to the SW of RWY12 threshold - see link.

Parking on the sealed area towards the RPT Terminal is much more expensive than on the grassed area. (self service refuelling is available, but a weird setup IIRC)

ForkTailedDrKiller has it about right, I rang the day before to ask about access and was told that all I needed to do was call up and someone would come and let me in.. I called and got a voicemail about 3 times then after 30 mins got hold of someone who then proceeded to take another 20 minutes to show up.

The bowser is an Aerorefuellers? one, and unless you have an Aerorefuellers carnet it is very hard to get avgas after hours.

Plenty of parking however, and awesome scenery from the air!

I have not had that experience, phoned 02 6275 2219 ........I assume the same number and the bloke helped us out, picked me up from the hire car place etc.:ok:

Landing/parking fees are a bit steep but what you would expect.......I got charged for the bitumen when I parked on the grass I think, but hey....who cares!

As for the fuel pump my Visa Card worked fine :)..........or there may have been trouble....like diverting to Cowra for fuel..... or a toilet stop as it happened anyway!

I had the Commandant from Stalag 13 drive his vehicle with orange flashing lights in front of my aircraft when taxiing in, as it turned out it was "blacklisted" from a previous owner for non-payment of landing fees. He has the list of aircraft on his dash and he checks every aircraft that flies in, in the hope that he might catch someone.
