Will be flying with them on staff ticket soon - any one have any comments or experience of them?
Also is it true they still have smoking on board? Are the crews predominantly Malay or are there a lot of expats? Is it all 744 or 742 out of Heathrow? And of course if any LHR gate staff reading care to offer ideas on obtaining upgrades! ;)
