Having been to MAN recently, I noticed a Canada 3000 A330 in storage sitting on the tarmac. Does anyone know its story, why it's there and what will happen, etc.?

No, a bunch of investors decided to buy Canada 3000 and they expect to relaunch the airline during the fall of 2002 <img src="smile.gif" border="0"> yay!

The CMM 330 that was stored at MAN (C-GGWB) is now stored at the Mojave of Europe - Bordeaux, along with sistership C-GGWD, and 10 ex Sabena/Swissair Airbuses, and a few other bits and pieces.
