I am a researcher undertaking work in England as part of a project to predict human error on the flightdeck. What I need are any/all errors that can be made on the A320 flight deck. I am looking for those mistakes/gotcha's/annoying bits that exists because of poor design.
What I want are those silly little errors that almost as quick as they are made they are noticed i.e. changing heading but dialling in the new heading into the airspeed etc. The type of error that is caused by poor design.
I would be greatful for any information that can be provided.
