Hi All.

Apologies if this is contained in another thread, but I was wondering how Bond were doing in this current round of pay deals.

It's my understanding that they don't have a union to negotiate for them.

Does their management simply mirror what's being offered on our side of the airfield, or do the pilots have to negotiate their pay individually?

Have they had a pay rise recently, as I've heard they're paid slightly more than us for an equivilent seniority? (or were historicaly, anyway)

Happy to be re-directed to the relevent thread if one exists.

Rgds

Lord Melchett will announce the new pay scales when he's good and ready :)

So, a benevolent dictatorship eh - I take it’s a system that the troops are happy with?

Is there any recourse to appeal if there’s any disagreement with the amount offered, or is it a case of just ‘sucking it up’ ? :oh:

It would be interesting to hear from the guys who’ve jumped ship, and so can compare terms & conditions with those of Bristow / CHC.

Bond seem to be winning contracts hand over fist. Anyone know where they’ll be recruiting their pilots from?

Do they have an ab-initio training programme or will they be shopping around? :E
