How can you operate an Air Force when all the runways are closed?
Perhaps someone should invent a jet that could take off and land vertically.
Best form a committee to look in to that at once!

Nice to see the mighty Viggen half a decade on from when the Flygvapnet had to chop it. Another Air Force that is now but a shadow of it's former self in terms of numbers, although it does seem to have cohesive Plan for the future and a fast jet that does the biz:O

That brings back memories of a great day out at Goose when we were using aluminium drip trays being towed by the Hallam tug....all went well until "The Boss" called us in to see the video that was doing the rounds...apparently the tower had a new video camera we didn't know about....:ugh:
