It had been expected that Qatar Airways' A340-600s were going to Aerolineas, but from rumours I've heard, the negotiations collapsed; it has also been rumoured that the acft are now going to Iberia?
Can anyone confirm?
There was an interview with AR's CEO at a South American aviation conference in which he mentioned a need for THREE A340s and around seven A330s, but the QR acft were not mentioned.
