Qantas B767 Ex Perth???

I was looking for info on the Qantas B767 turnback to Perth, and I see the only thread on it, that I could find, has been locked for some reason.

NO sinister reason for wanting info, just I had a lot to do with these engines in the B767, and was curious to know was it a failure of some kind OR just a bird strike or something? :confused:
