Helpful Virgin Call Centre

After booking 2 seats LHR-MIA online, I found a couple of days later that one of the passengers had been thrown an appointment that couldn't be switched.

Now these were the cheapest, non refundable tickets but the call centre very helpfully allowed to me to switch travel dates for £60, saving a fortune if I had been forced to cancel and rebook.

Well done Virgin!!

Two points.
1. I agree. Virgin call centres have only ever been helpful to me..
(Unlike their web-site, which tells lies)
2. They probably won't read it on here - but they might read it on the flyertalk website.
