What you understand from this :

If I tell that... The corresponding part of this pushbutton is not used - for example CABIN FANS ...??

what does the Corresponding part refer to??

anyone can help pls

Whenever you have a P/B with two dots, the dots are here to tell you that the corresponding P/B part is not used, only half of the P/B would illuminate (lower or upper): in your ex. the upper part will always remain dark (i.e. no other system/function description/status on that part):
