He has made a difference to the IT department because he is a self characterized tech head.
Little else appears to have changed.
The hard product,apart from the A380s, is still rubbish
Employees are still disengaged.

Blame 10 years of previous mismanagement for all of that. The blatant disregard for employees and the product isn't AJ's fault.
767's with a 1980's cabin still being offered as a premium product, for another 4 years at least. That is 1 thing I thought AJ would've gone about fixing, alas, Jetstar has the priority to grow, Qantas has the priority to stagnate or shrink.
