Individual package at EK

Trainers who want to resign are being offered individual package adjustments if they stay. This rumour was around before but is sticking it's head up again.
Hope they don't take it....can't blame them if they do...
Heard quite a bunch has plans to go to Turkey.

If you are one of the believers, I suggest you pack up and go cause to hear the same bull **** over and over again on the flightdeck and in the car getss a bit on my nerves.

If not packing up then I suggest spending more time with the wife and kids, instead of talking the same hopefull bull **** with your buddies, or here on pprune. Could make you a happier man if you decided to stay.

Moaning trainers are the worst kind I would say. You want the extra money? You gotta do the extra time man! Nobody asked you to be a trainer.

People who leave EK dont leave over money.
They leave for personal reasons, just like the ones
you left your own country for in the first place.
Family, schools, kids, scenery change, life style..
One thing is given, personal package or not, we all leave
in the end!
