Hi Guys. I'm John 70 years of age and was remembering the fifties when my brother used to cycle from Hayes In Middlesex to various aerodromes to look at and collect aircraft numbers we went to Bovingdom,White Waltham, Denham,Blackbushe, Heathrow and we visited I think one either Stapleford or Nazeing. Any with long memories of which one along with the Tiger Moths etc had an Old Fashioned Gyrocopter in a hanger there I remember seeing it so well. Really trying to remember the correct airfield we visited It was certainly before October 1955 because I started work age 15 then. It still amazes me when one thinks of the restrictions on teenagers these days that we cycled all these distances from Hayes Middlesex to all these and other airfields i probably forgot. Thanks
