How do I convert FAA COMM(H) to PPL(H)?

How do I convert a FAA Commericial (H) to a PPL(H)?

Do I need a JAA license to fly a G registered aircraft?

I thought I heard I will need to pass Air Law and Human Performance tests. Can I take those exams anytime or do they only offer them at set dates during the year?

Do I also need some type of RT test?

What kind of fees do I need to pay?

You can fly a G reg privatly on your Faa ticket.
