Qatar Aeronautical College

Hey anyone,
I see that Qatar Aeronautical College in Doha have advertised for new flight instructors. Is it a good place to work? I have heard various rumours, but not sure what to believe. Can anyone give me a good insight to working there as a Flight Instructor? Is it worth while applying or should I keep my options open elsewhere?

Its an ok job, money good, new aircraft on the way and the flight instuctors are a great bunch. The management on the other hand are non supportive, very quick to fire, and the most two faced back stabbers I have ever met.
