Hi guys,

I'm still a few PIC hours short for issue of my CPL multi, the question is how many? Do flight skills tests (P1s or P1us for PPL and CPL tests) count towards the 100 hours PIC required for JAA/CAA licence issue?

Thanks in advance.

basically...

u need 200 Total time, of which a minum of 100 has to be PIC

the 100 PIC can include time which is PIC(U/S)

for instance... you may have 95 hours of PIC and the remaining 5 hours may be made up of the times of your CPL or ME or IR tests, for example.

However when you are doing a skill-test, the time is only classified as PIC(U/S) when you pass the test.

If you fail, or only partial pass, then it counts as P2.

hope this helps...

the time is only classified as PIC(U/S) when you pass the test.

And you have the examiners signature. No signature - no PIC.
