Williamtown ATCO

Rick [Radar] Townsend well known RAAF Williamtown controller has passed away due to the dreaded C. His funeral will be at the RAAF Williamtown Base chapel at 3pm next Tuesday.

Rick spent nearly 40 years as a military controller at Williamtown, Butterworth and Nowra.

Well done Radar. Lots of laughs over many years. Enjoy the Control Tower and AACC in the sky. I'll catch you for a few beers in the 'back bar' sometime in the future.
