DT and DM reporting the death of Jimi Heselden. Many on this board will have encountered his products, and may recall his winning charity bid for flights with RAFAT, as well as other charity work.

Very sad for his family - for a lad who started off down a pit he had done very well.

RIP... I can think of a fair few lives he has saved in various out of area locations thanks to his product. I certainly felt a whole world safer sleeping behind 2 rows of HESCO barrier than a thin wall of breeze block we had when I first started going to basrah...

After about five minutes of gentle instruction from Southern Segway’s Nick Thurston

Is that the Nick Thurston who used to instruct on F4's?
