Dear Gentlemen,

First of all let me apologize for coming to a french forum and write in english. I am portuguese and the only foreign language I am comfortable with is english.

The reason I come to you is because I was recently contacted by the recruitment team of Airlinair Portugal for a DEC position. Does any of you have any details you would like to share about this start-up? As far as I know they are about to receive 2 ATR 42-300 from Airlinair France and that is more or less what I know. Anyone can share some thoughts about what the operation will be like, is it a company that is going to be ruled by Airlinair France? Are they going to operate as ACMI or on regular routes? Any thing about T&C?

Best regards,

C212-100

Bonjour,

They are still waiting for the AOC to operate, local CAA are puting some difficulties on the process. They already have two registred ATR's, CS-DTN and CS-DTO, old ex-Airlinair France. They are an ACMI operator with intencions to operate in Gabon Port-gentil, not to operate in portugal. They already selected the FO's (only ATR TR) now looking for Capt's specially an TRI, hard to find.

Au revoir,

:)
