There are times when you wonder how bad things will get in this country.

Cancer-ravaged man 'refused NHS nursing care because he's not ill enough' | Mail Online (http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1314238/Cancer-ravaged-man-refused-NHS-nursing-care-hes-ill-enough.html)

I would treat anything that I read in the Mail with a great deal of care, however after disregrding 50% of the Mail's report on the grounds that it is just another poorly put together story from a right wing lower middle class rag but my blood is still boiling.

It is a very disturbing future that we face.

A & C,

I agree wholeheartedly re. the Daily Mail, but on the face of it this seems horrifying; all the moreso as the Bristol area has probably more mental healthcare hospitals etc than anywhere else in the country.

Ironically I suspect if Mr.Warren was victim of a recent war, H 4 H might help.

I know it's pricey, but couldn't the British Legion do something - or are they worried about setting a precedent ?
