On the Airservices chart its noted day VFR only. Nothing on the Jepp plate though.

Anyone know why its not useable for an IFR in IMC aproach?

Potentially as it's an "approach" designed to get you out of the white fluffys safely to continue VFR? Although it could be because they have so many training aircraft using it at once nowadays that they want people to maintain visual separation...
