Ryanair MCC

I've heard pro's and con's regarding Ryanair, however everyone of us would give their right arm to get a job with them.

Can anyone tell me their experience regarding the Ryanair MCC and whether they got in etc..

I'd especially love to hear from anyone who has done it recently.
