View Full Version : Low altitude winds in the Atlantic

Is this the correct forum to ask where one can find low altitude winds for the Atlantic? I have searched the web and have found surface winds. Any one have ideas for, 1. Current and predicted winds below 15 thousand and 2. historical trends for winds aloft in the Atlantic.

Try here for North Atlantic.. Select an altitude. 5000 ft for example. These charts are available from all Pilot Briefing systems with subscription services usually. From various World Met Offices.

They can be found freely available with some searching!
