I've just been sent an internet address that may interest Aviation Buffs.
It claims to cover EVERY aircraft manufactured by ANYONE in the world.

I've had a quick scan through and found one or two minor inaccuracies but an interesting site. Virtual Aircraft Museum (http://www.aviastar.org/index2.html)

Many, many missing.

OK some are obscure, but I do believe there were more than 8 WACO models :hmm: .

Helicopterphobia? No mention of the Wessex, Whirlwind or Belvedere.

Herod, you need to scroll down and click on the chopper...:ok:

All the World's Helicopters and Rotorcraft - the most complete helicopter collection in the world. Helicopters, autogyros, tilt-rotors, tilt-wings etc. (http://www.aviastar.org/index.html)

There are a few similar sights, but none of them are that comprehensive. You might also try:
Translation result for http://www.airwar.ru/ (http://uk.babelfish.yahoo.com/translate_url?doit=done&tt=url&intl=1&fr=bf-home&trurl=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.airwar.ru%2F&lp=ru_en&btnTrUrl=Translate)
Its a Russian website so I've linked it through babelfish. Needless to say its coverage of Russian and former eastern bloc countries is better than Aviastar.
If you just want to go straight to the aircraft and don't mind Russian, you can also access it here: Index of /firm (http://www.airwar.ru/firm/)
The most comprehensive resource for American aircraft is probably Aerofiles. Just go to: http://www.aerofiles.com/
You'll find a lot more than 8 Waco's!
Hope this is of interest.
