In 1990 a 767-200ER set the distance record in the 150-to-200-tonne class-- 14856 km, says FAI.

You have to give us a lot more info than that. What is the tankage as the ER comes with several center tank capacities? I would say for the basic -200ER you would be looking at 13 hours and it goes up from there to somewhere in the range of 15+ hours

Straight from Boeing:

On July 27, 1989, an Air Seychelles 767-200ER set a new distance record for a commercial twinjet--flying 8,893 statute miles (14,309 kilometers) from Grand Rapids, Mich., to Seychelles in 16 hours and 49 minutes.

On June 10, 1990, a Royal Brunei 767-200ER set a new distance record for twinjet airliners--flying 9,253 statute miles (14,890 kilometers) from Seattle to Nairobi, Kenya, in 17 hours and 51 minutes.

Again I would say you may be setting this guy up for a dissapointment, or worse. The tankage on the -200ER's vary considerably. The corporate -200ER that I flew was former Qantas and had as I recall about 22,500 USG total. There are many -200ER with more fuel, but unless you know for sure you simply cannot bet on those higher numbers. Later power plants, higher gross weights and larger fuel capacity turn the -200ER into a real long legged aircraft..that is for sure. :ok:

Our 767-200ER's carry 23900 US Gallons, they are the last passenger versions built with the most powerful engines available.

Never came close to filling one up on even our longest routes (up to 12 hrs)
We had planned to use it on longer flights but it lacked a proper crew rest area.

The FAA insisted on bunks for anything over 12 and there really isn't room to put them inside a relatively small cabin economically.

It can go a long way
Full fuel and no load I have no doubt it could go at least 16 hours.

A lovely machine.
