You might want to ask that question in the airline forum, this is GA, GA don't use aerobridges or jetways.
I'm guessing but I would think it's the gate agent staff.

Spelling police here, don't put an "s" on the end of aircraft, the english language is a tough one, but "aircraft" is plural and hence no need for an "s".:cool:
