Does anyone know anything about identities of aircraft presreved by the roadside in different locations in Turkey? Amongst those I would like to discover more about is an anonymous biplane at Sivrihisar, mounted next to an F-4E. I have a photo, but have no idea how to post it here.

Why is it there? Is it genuine or a replica? There is a large notice alongside it suggesting it has a local connection, but I cannot read Turkish. There is an F-4 alongside it - what is the connection?
I am also looking for information about the identities of several other aircraft displayed by the roadside in Turkey.
