Be careful.

I am not suggesting this specifically about this operator, but more generally about getting into business aviation in mainland China.

The industry there is very immature, and government regulations regarding private/charter ops were only adopted in the last 5 years. As you can imagine, with the huge market that is emerging in China there are many people -without the understanding or experience - who want to get involved.
