MD Main Rotor blade-523 crack, anyone else?

Please don't turn this into a 500 bashing thread etc.. I know that they have had problems with -101 blades in the past.

Has anyone had a -523 blade crack. 500N, 530 FF, 600N. If so could you post or Pm me TTIS and Torque events. Also what sort of work the machine was on.
