Can anyone tell me the complexity and how serious it is when Australia's Civil Aviation Service Advisary (CASA) issues a "SHOW CAUSE NOTICE" to a Helicopter operator that holds an AOC.?

I am just requireing some annonymous , honest advice from those individuals that are directly involved within the Helicopter Aviation Industry in Australia.

Regards.

Impossible to say without knowing the problem. Anything can happen from nothing to loss of AOC.

Come on QT, you already got thrown off the other forum for the same thread, being just a set-up to slag off an operator.

Grow up.

Mods, please kill this before this registered-only-to-cause-trouble person starts the slagging.:=

AC,

He/she/it has already had one go, with a thread which has Gone Away ;) Since a 'Show Cause' notice is a confidential document between the Authority and the recipient, it would not be a subject for discussion on a public forum without the knowledge and approval of both parties.

But that is the most inventive interpretation of "CASA" that I've seen :p
