multi engine conversion to jaa

hi could anyone please tell me how to convert my icao multi engine rating to jaa.
i have searched for answers everywhere and havent found any.
is there a minimum requirement.

i forgot to add that this is a fresh multi engine rating with no extra hours other than the minimum 8.

Training on an 'as required' basis to reach test standard (with an approved MEP FTO).

Pass the 40 question theoretical exam (provided by the FTO).

Pass the MEP flight test with a CAA approved examiner.

thanks but is it possible to do the atpl ground theory in the uk and then the flying part anywhere in europe like spain.
