MCC and CRM?????

can anybody with some knowledge on this tell me when looking for schools is it worth paying extra to get the courses that includes CRM and MCC????? is it good to have that on your resume when you graduate from flight school?? Or is it a waste of money at the beginning when you start training???

Assuming that you are speaking in terms of a JAA qualification, CRM is an operator-specific course that forms part of the Operator Conversion Course mandated by EU-OPS. For the moment, all you need to worry about is the MCC.

thanks for the info. ive just been confused with all the marketing and advertisement for different schools offering these courses and stating its good to have in our resume. guess MCC is good to have ive sen tons of schools offering this course then CRM
