Newer models have fancier radar which I'm told do some nice things like:
Have an Auto tilt mode, use a gps database with known position to remove ground clutter, etc. Unfortunately I don't have any tech docs on it's operation. Can anyone refer me to a good source?

After you gave me the model number, I googled and found the operating manual on-line. It's got a lot of good info.
