Just wondering if any Rotorheads were on LinkedIn and if so your thoughts on it.

If you are there look me up :ok:

I use it from time to time. I always thinks it's like Facebook for business users.

Quite handy for keeping in touch with people on on a more professional level.

Not a big fan of Facebook, but I like LinkedIn.

I'll drop you a request when I'm next on Ned.

LinkedIn is getting better all the time. I like the Facebook for professionals analogy.

The Commercial Helicopter Pilots Group on Linked in has 382 members, about 80% US based at present (quite a strong US military trend to the numbers).

Unlike many other LinkedIn Groups, it has been kept pure, and only people with a helicopter/ commercial track in their profile are allowed in (PPLs welcome also, especially those studying for the commercial exams). Well behaved helicopter staff recruiters are also very welcome ;)
