I was driving last night and heard on the radio an advertisement for Auswest Airlines in the Pilbara! I was under the impression they had closed down? Website is the same since 2008, unfortunatly I did not catch the phone number off of the ad.
Maybe im starting to hear things  haha.

Can confirm something is starting up in Karratha. Yet to get all the details, but there is a Baron and a PA31.

Crewed by ex-Auswest drivers, talks of a King-air on the way....

Already secured mining "contracts"..

Everything has been kept on the down-low...mum's the word.

There is definitely a King Air on the way. It's a matter or when. ;)

There is always a King Air on the way.

One of the many GA "carrots" that are dangled infront of many a pilot...

I heard one of their drivers was asking around for King Air endo's and then 50hrs ICUS on type.

Not too sure if the mines are aware that the drivers will have minimum hours on type (King air and PA31)

surely they would get some overflow from KFS, they always seem to be very busy!

Heard a rumour, in a previous life the aircraft was probably used to fly Durians around.
