Can someone please give me the procedure for obtaining a VAT refund when exiting LHR.
I am a crewmember, and usually do no clear customs when exiting. We go thru security at an outpost, and are then delivered to our operations/aircraft.
Will I have to go thru as a normal passenger in order to go to the Travelex counter for the refund?
