Becoming a pilot

I am currently looking at becoming a pilot, but I have a few questions?

- Is this a good career path to take (pros and cons)
- What is the best way to train (which institution)
- Is a cadet program worth it?

- Depends on the person. The industry is becoming worse by the day.

- Depends where you live/if you're willing to travel.

- Some might say yes, I think definitely not (though it seems the way of the future).
