Recruitment agencies that offers contracts for middle eastern major airlines?

Are there any recruitment agencies that offer contracts for middle eastern majors? - e.g. Emirates, Etihad etc?

I am afraid the answer is no if you are referring specifically to Etihad or Emirates. You apply directly to the airline, go through their own recruitment process in house and if successful are offered a full time contract. You are based where the airline is based i.e. Etihad - Abu Dhabi, Emirates - Dubai. No commuting from Europe or anywhere else.

I am 99% sure that this also applies to Qatar Airways and Gulf Air to.
