Anyone know where to find a list of approved medicines for high blood pressure, or know off hand which are approved?

Your AME will know, or better still the CAA medical department will be able to advise you. What may suit one pilot may not suit another.

In any event you will need to be monitored for the sake of your own health.

There are several approved drugs that can be used to reduce blood pressure either as a direct or indirect effect. Let the experts help you pick the most appropriate.

Lou Scannon is right. Just contact the CAA Medical Department and ask them.
I went through this about a year ago. As far as I can remember you can NOT take Betablockers that contain Propanolol. Atenolol on the other hand is ok and I passed my medical with that. ICE is also ok I think.
Contact the CAA and ask. It's just a phone call. Then take that information to your GP and he'll give you something that agrees with you and the powers at Gatwick.

Cheers
