sorry chaps, didn't see the same thread on the BK parking meter thread...:ooh:
...also believe questions are being asked about the "sale" of Hoxton Park in that the original head lease might have been breeched...
and there's more...it seems a chap in Victoria just won his case re the airport effectively taking possession of his hangar at the end of his lease. Can't do that under some trading act and precedent set for some big challenges at BK and AF...
