Gyms/Sport Clubs in Bournemouth?

I like to keep fit, and as I'll be in Bournemouth for 10 or 11 months next year, can anybody recommend a good well equiped gym (David Lloyd type thing)close to either the Airport or Southbourne??

There is a fairly new David Lloyd in Ringwood, on the Christchurch Road. Queens Park in Bournemouth is also said to be good. Save your hard earned dosh and go to the Littledown Centre (run by the local council), its conveniently located to EGHH and Southbourne. Cheap membership (or just pay £3.80 a session) and is very well equipped with good gym, CV theatre, pool, spa....

Most of us couldn't afford to live in Bournemouth (or so we have been told)!

David Lloyd clubs are a rip off your right, plus they won't let you in unless you have an Armarni gym bag!
